Chilombo takes on new clients, working with them from initial enquiries to incorporation or registration to being ready-for-business.
She also ably manages meetings and company compliance preparation and filings.
Chilombo is experienced at providing meeting support, compiling, and delivering board packs on time and taking appropriate and accurate minutes for clients.
She is responsive to clients’ needs, providing competent advice and getting the job done. Chilombo is currently pursuing the chartered secretary programme with the Governance Institute (formerly ICSA).
Chilombo is currently enrolled on the Bar course at the Zambia Institute for Advanced Legal Education (ZIALE).
