Ben brings over 11 years of experience in finance, audit, tax, and compliance. He has worked across both public and private accounting firms, including international exposure with PKF Chartered Accountants.
He previously served at Trust Chartered Accountants for three years as a Senior Audit and Tax Associate. Ben now holds the position of Finance Manager, where he provides strategic financial leadership and oversight. His responsibilities include developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with company objectives, preparing final accounts, and producing monthly and quarterly management accounts. In collaboration with auditors, he oversees the preparation and distribution of audited annual financials. He is also charged with managing clients’ statutory compliance, payroll processing, and regulatory returns (ZRA Taxes, NAPSA, and NHIMA).
Ben is adept at identifying and understanding clients’ tax needs, offering initial solutions to their challenges, and coordinating with the Finance Manager for further input where required.
He is a fully paid‑up member of both ZICA and CIMA.
