Chilombo Kakoma serves as Legal Supervisor at CGCSo, where she leads the team in delivering client-focused legal and compliance support. She works closely with new clients, guiding them from initial enquiries through incorporation or registration to being ready for business.
She manages meetings and oversees company compliance preparation and filings with efficiency and professionalism.
With over 10 years of experience, Chilombo provides meeting support, compiles and delivers board packs on time, and records accurate minutes for clients.
She is responsive to client needs, offering practical advice and ensuring tasks are completed effectively.
Chilombo is currently pursuing the Chartered Secretary Programme with the Governance Institute (formerly ICSA) and is enrolled in the Bar Course at the Zambia Institute for Advanced Legal Education (ZIALE).
