LIMIS, Higher Diploma in IMIS, ZCAS/ZIBCT
Caroline has many years’ experience in administration and operations duties in both profit and non-profit making organizations.
She worked for Cheetah Zambia Limited (wound up) from June 2001 to March 2005 as Office Manager as well as a Temp Receptionist at the Embassy of Ireland for six weeks from December 2000.
She also worked at our affiliate law firm (Corpus Legal Practitioners) as Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner (March 2005 to October 2007).
She was transferred to Corpus Globe Corporate Secretaries (“CGCS”) in November 2007 and worked there until January 2009 under the Company Secretary as a trainee.
While at CGCS, she gained vast exposure in company registrations, licensing with various government bodies, immigration department attending to various permits applications, board, and AGM meetings. She was then recalled to Corpus Legal Practitioners from February 2009 to September 2019 where she served as Operations Manager.
Caroline is presently serving as Consultant at CGCSo.
She is currently pursuing her studies in law (LLB) at the University of Lusaka and business management with HR (online distance learning, UK based).
