Seraiah leads the legal team at CGCSo, focusing on company incorporations, drafting and reviewing corporate agreements, providing general corporate secretarial services, and ensuring legal compliance.

Previously, Seraiah worked as an associate in the dispute resolution and public policy department at Corpus Legal Practitioners, where she handled a variety of litigation and employment disputes, often involving large mining companies, telecommunications firms, and other major corporations.

She has extensive experience in litigation and conveyancing matters.

Seraiah is also a member of the Law Association of Zambia and the Junior Lawyers Committee.
