Certified production returns from the permit holder

Fee: ZMW 1,400.00, split between valuation, analysis, and issuance

Important Note:

Applications for base metals and precious minerals are submitted electronically via MOSES (Mineral Output Statistical Evaluation System).

Applications for industrial minerals and gemstones are submitted manually to the Geological Survey Department and Mines Development Department.
